Inconel625 classification

1. Deformation of Inconel625 alloy

Deformation Inconel625 refers to a kind of alloy that can be subjected to hot and cold deformation processing, with a working temperature range of -253 ~ 1320℃, good mechanical properties, comprehensive strength and toughness indexes, and high oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. According to its heat treatment process, it can be divided into solid solution strengthened alloy and aging strengthened alloy.

1.1. Solid solution reinforced alloy

The operating temperature range is 900 ~ 1300℃, and the maximum antioxidant temperature is 1320℃. For example, GH128 alloy has tensile strength of 850MPa and yield strength of 350MPa at room temperature. The tensile strength at 1000℃ is 140MPa and the elongation rate is 85%. The endurance life of the stress at 1000℃ and 30MPa is 200 hours and the elongation rate is 40%. Solid - soluble gold is commonly used to manufacture aerospace engine combustion chamber, casing and other components.


1.2 aging strengthened alloy

The service temperature is -253 ~ 950℃, which is generally used for making turbine disc and blade of aviation and aerospace engines. The working temperature of the alloy used to make the turbine disc is -253 ~ 700℃, which requires good high and low temperature strength and fatigue resistance. For example, GH4169 alloy with a maximum yield strength of 1000MPa at 650℃; The alloy of blade can be made at 950℃. For example, GH220 alloy has a tensile strength of 490MPa at 950℃ and a endurance life of over 40 hours at 940℃ and 200MPa.

Inconel625 is mainly used to provide structural forgings, cakes, rings, rods, plates, tubes, strips and wires for aerospace, aerospace, nuclear and petroleum civil industries.


2. Cast Inconel625 alloy

Casting Inconel625 means a class of Inconel625 which may or may not be formed into parts by casting methods.

2.1 having a wider composition range since the deformation and machining properties of the alloy need not be taken into account, the design of the alloy can focus on optimizing its service performance. In the case of nickel-based Inconel625, gamma-' content can be 60 per cent or more by adjusting the composition, thus maintaining good properties at temperatures up to 85 per cent of the melting point of the alloy.
