The MonelK500 actually has the same corrosion resistance as the Monel400, but has higher mechanical strength and hardness than the 400. It also has better corrosion resistance and long-term structure stability. However, the plasticity is slightly reduced. The Monel K500 contains 2.3%~3.15% AL and 0.3%~1.00% Ti compared with the Monel400.

Monel K500 alloy mostly USES the same 400, but if not applicable to 400 can use this alloy, Monel K500 alloy is mainly used for pump shaft, impeller, conveyor scraper, oil drilling ring, strong parts, valve parts pulp blade on paper equipment.
