Conforming: GB/ t3623-2007 TA1

TA1 is a commercial titanium welding wire. It has excellent welding process performance, beautiful weld forming, and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of its weld metal.

Application: mainly used for welding titanium alloy.

Notes and operting points:

1. Grease, rust, moisture and other surface impurities shall be completely removed from the welding place.

2. In order to prevent excessive oxidation of weld bead surface temperature during welding, a tail cover should be added to enhance the protective effect

Conforming: GB/ t3623-2007 TA2

Description: TA2 is a commercial pure titanium welding wire, compared with TA1 welding wire, its impurity content is less, has good mechanical properties and excellent welding performance.

Application: used for welding titanium alloy, mainly including seawater and brine heat exchanger, condenser and papermaking bleaching system.

Weld metal radiographic requirements: Ⅰ level
