(1) The company adopts domestic advanced smelting equipment -- 3-ton double-chamber vacuum consumable arc furnace for multiple smelting, the whole smelting process is fully automated, the control precision is high, the smelting cycle is short, the titanium ingot produced has uniform chemical composition, no inclusion, no segregation, small shrinkage cavity and high yield of titanium ingot. According to the requirements of medical titanium materials, multiple smelting processes are adopted to make the chemical composition of the product more uniform, the grain size finer and the distribution more uniform, thus ensuring the physical properties of the product.

(2) The company adopts advanced forging equipment --2000 tons free forging hydraulic press to open the blank for forging, which can be controlled by fixed program and fixed pressure. The hydraulic press of the operating machine is controlled by the same platform, which can change the structure of the product from the inside, provide the mechanical properties of the product, and the forged titanium and titanium alloy products have uniform internal structure, stable and reliable performance.

(3) According to the requirements of medical titanium materials, the process of multiple pier drawing can effectively guarantee the structure of the product and improve the mechanical properties of the product.

(4) PLC automatic control system is adopted in natural gas furnace and electric furnace for forging. Set procedures for automatic heating, insulation, heating data automatic record. Smelting, forging and various heating data are traceable.

Main production equipment: 3500T electrode press, 3-ton double chamber vacuum consumable arc furnace,2000T and 3500T free forging oil press, 750kg air hammer, natural gas heating furnace, resistance heating furnace, lathe, saw machine, etc.

Packing: according to customer's request or negotiation (packing in export standard wooden case).
