Titanium rod filter element is a key component of filtration products, playing a crucial role in the entire filtration process. So how to safely, effectively, and healthily clean titanium rod filter cartridges? There are four common methods:
1. Acid washing: Soak in a 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. The best ultrasonic cleaning machine. After soaking, rinse with filtered deionized water or injected water until neutral, and measure the conductivity. Blow dry with pure air at a pressure of ≥ 0.4Mpa.
2. Alkaline washing: Soak in a 3-5% sodium hydroxide analytical solution for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of approximately 40 degrees Celsius using an ultrasonic cleaning machine. After soaking, rinse with filtered deionized water or injected water until neutral, and measure the conductivity. Blow dry with pure air at a pressure of ≥ 0.4Mpa.
Note: The above two methods can be used separately or in combination alternately. If conditions permit, ultrasonic cleaning machines can be used in combination to achieve the desired effect.
3. Organic pollution can be cleaned with surfactants, while cell debris pollution systems can be cleaned more effectively with enzymes.
4. Regular online backwashing (using pure compressed air, filtered solution, or clean water for online cleaning) can reduce the frequency of use of the above cleaning methods.
